Order Confirmation

  • After completing your order on our website, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order.
  • If we cannot reach you using the provided phone number, your order will not be dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

  1. Dispatch and Delivery:

    • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
    • Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days within Pakistan, with possible delays for remote areas.

  2. Stock Availability:

    • If an item in your order is unavailable or fails to meet quality standards, it will be removed, and the rest of the order will be shipped.

  3. Courier Communication:

    • Delivery riders may contact you via phone. Please ensure your phone is turned on and be ready to answer calls from unknown numbers.

  4. Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • For COD orders, please prepare the exact amount as delivery riders may not carry change.

  5. Shipping Charges:

    • Flat shipping fee: Rs. 199.
