All products purchased from Kirandan Jewellers can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked!.
Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 2 days of delivery by informing Us at whatsApp 03374006095 .
Following conditions are applicable for acceptance of Exchange or Refund:
In case of size exchange, an item must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging and customer will have to bear the delivery charges
Kirandan jewellers will only pay the return delivery charges if the item delivered was damaged

The refunded amount will be transferred back within 48 hours through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash (Customer’s Choice)
Refund will be processed subjected to valid reasons
The item will still be subjected to a physical examination by Kirandan QA Team after it has been received.
Shipping
Once you place an order you will receive a verification call for order confirmation. Later, based on the verification from the call, your order will be either processed or cancelled.
Cash on Delivery orders will be cancelled if they are not confirmed via verification call within 24 hours of order placement. Likewise, the verified orders will be dispatched. So please make sure to provide the contact number while placing order on which you are reachable.
We reserve the rights to cancel the orders any time before the order is processed, reasons may include: Out of stock items, pricing or technical errors.
